"Decent tools, just not quite what I pictured"
I ordered a tile cutting tool from Contractors Direct, and overall it’s okay for the price. I kind of did that thing where I saw the photos, assumed it would feel heavier and more solid, and didn’t think too much beyond that. It works fine, but a couple of the parts felt a little cheaper than I expected.
Nothing showed up broken, and I’m still able to use it for the job, so I wouldn’t call it a bad purchase. I just wish it felt a bit sturdier in hand. For me, it lands at about 3 stars

My order showed up with the right items and sizes, so no complaints there. Nothing was missing, which was the main thing I cared about. Shipping wasn’t especially quick, but it wasn’t a problem either. I’d probably order from them again.

I found what I needed for about less than I was seeing at other places. Overall, it was a good value and I’d shop here again.

"Selection felt underwhelming"
I was hoping to find a better range of tile tools, but a lot of what I needed was either out of stock or not listed at all. The site itself was fine to browse, but the limited selection made it hard to feel confident ordering from them. After a while, I started wondering if I could really rely on the store for what I needed

"Shipping was... kinda slow"
It took a bit longer to arrive than I expected... not a huge deal, but I was hoping it would get here sooner.

"Pretty slow support, in my opinion"
I reached out to customer service and felt like it took way too long to get a response. Maybe they were just busy, but from my side it made the whole experience frustrating.
